I believe in the unseen energy that connects us all and influences everything. That belief is what evolved my career in design into a deeper curiosity about how our spaces shape us — at home, at work, even in your car. All of it matters.

Now, I’m obsessed with helping people realize how much agency they actually have to create a life that feels safe, supportive, and full — whatever that means for them.

I like to think of movement and your environment as the first dominoes falling — the start of a sequence that can shift everything for you. That pile of shoes by the door? It’s not just a pile of shoes. It’s an energetic leak that drains your energy and affects how you show up for the rest of the day. Add in all the other little frustrations you encounter in your home before you even leave it, and your energy has already been through it before the day’s even begun.
